The Privacy Policy for the "Smart Qyzylorda" mobile application is provided and maintained by the Company "Center for Sustainable Development of the Capital" LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We"), which is the developer of the mobile application.
If You (hereinafter referred to as the "User") install and use the "Smart Qyzylorda" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), we will request information from You that is necessary and sufficient for the prompt and correct operation of the Application.
The Company respects the confidentiality of the information provided by You and undertakes to protect it in accordance with the provisions below, the requirements of international standards, and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Upon receiving the User's consent, the Application collects User geolocation data, and accesses the User's photo gallery and camera. Other information is provided by the User at their discretion.
1.4 The processing of personal data is understood as actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), and use. Personal data is processed in an automated manner, using transmission over the Internet, by mixed processing methods.
1.5 This Policy applies only to the mobile application based on "Smart Qyzylorda". The Company does not control and is not responsible for other mobile applications and third-party websites to which the User may independently navigate via links available and associated with the application.
1.6 By registering in the Application, the User voluntarily and in their own interest provides their personal data and other information, thereby agreeing to the Rules of use of the specified Application and the terms of personal data confidentiality.
The provided personal data can be changed (updated, supplemented) by the User independently at their own discretion.
1.7 The Company, as a general rule, does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and does not exercise control over their legal capacity. However, the Company proceeds from the fact that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the Application, and that the User keeps this information up to date.
1.8 The Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal and other information from unlawful, unauthorized, or accidental access, misuse, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 We collect information about users of our Application automatically when the Application is used.

3.1 When downloading, accessing, and using the Application, automatic information collection and tracking technology is used to collect a specific type of information, in particular to gather the following details:
3.1.1 Usage details, including data on entry and use of other information resources with which the User is connected, to which the User has access, and which the User uses in the Application.
3.1.2 Device information, phone model, Device ID, operating system, and the device's phone number, etc. If you do not want us to collect any of the above information, do not download or use this Application. All materials already collected by the Application during the User's use of the Application are stored in the Application's database in accordance with the requirements of international standards and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.2 The User can disable the location information provision function through their device settings, although this may limit the capabilities of the Application.
3.3 We may also use a counter that allows us to count users who have visited each service, as well as for other related statistical applications (for example, recording the popularity of certain application content and checking system and server integrity).
4. Purposes of Processing Users' Personal Information
4.1 The Application collects and stores personal information necessary to ensure the correct and prompt functioning of the Application and/or the execution of agreements with the User.
4.2 The Application processes the User's personal information (data) for the following purposes:
4.2.1 Personal data is used to provide the user with information on various services within the application.
4.2.2 Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests concerning the use of the Application, changes to the functional capabilities of the Application, the appearance of available updates to the Application, changes in any products or services that we offer or provide, etc.
4.2.3 Determining the User's location is necessary to provide accurate data for services.
4.2.4 Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
4.2.5 Providing the User with customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Application.
5. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
5.1 The User can view and change personal information by logging into the Application and/or on their personal profile page.
5.2 The Company has the right to add the User to a blacklist for a certain period if the User violates any of the clauses of the user agreement of the "Smart Qyzylorda" mobile application or in case of using the Application in violation of the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.3 The deletion of their account by the User does not entail the deletion of this User's appeals, reviews, or comments made by the User in the application. All data collected by the Application during the User's registration and use of the Application, including the User's personal data, appeals, reviews, comments, and transmitted multimedia files, are stored in the Application's database in accordance with the requirements of international standards and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and can only be deleted by the Company upon the User's application.
6. Data Security
6.1 The Company takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures aimed at ensuring the security of users' personal information against accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure.
6.2 Information provided by Application users is stored on secure servers.
6.3 The security and protection of the User's information also depends on You. Access to the Application is not password-protected, so it is strongly recommended to ensure that your mobile device itself is properly secured with a password, fingerprint recognition technology, or other security technologies, and remains under your control. The Company is also not responsible for the actions of users aimed at bypassing any privacy settings and/or violating the security measures that We recommend following.
7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
7.1 The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice and without the User's consent.
7.2 The date of the last modification of the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of the page. The User is responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy page to check for any changes and/or familiarize themselves with them.
7.3 The User's continued use of the Application after changes are made to the Privacy Policy is considered unconditional acceptance of these changes by the User.
